1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing our website, installing the OmniWarp Chrome Extension, or linking your Google Account, you agree to enter into a legally binding contract with OmniWarp. If you do not agree to these terms, you must uninstall the extension and cease using our services immediately.
2. Software Licensing & Restrictions
OmniWarp grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to run the software on compatible web browsers under your control. You agree not to:
- Decompile, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract source codes from the extension.
- Bypass, modify, or corrupt licensing restrictions, sync tokens, or storage sandboxes.
- Redistribute, sublicense, lease, or commercially exploit the software without written authorization.
3. Google OAuth & Account Security
To synchronize your shortcut mappings across different installations, you must authenticate using your Google Account. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the security of your Google Session credentials. We are not liable for any unauthorized access, modifications, or sync wipes occurring due to compromised accounts.
4. Subscriptions, Payments & Razorpay Billing
Premium attributes (Pro Tier) require a recurring subscription payment. Billed amounts are processed through our merchant processor, **Razorpay**.
Subscribing grants access to advanced AI routing models, auto-heuristics, and unlimited manual custom keys. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations apply to the subsequent billing cycle, and payments are non-refundable unless explicitly mandated by statutory laws.
5. Free Trials & Anti-Abuse Policies
We offer new users a one-time 7-day free trial. To maintain system integrity and prevent fraudulent registrations:
We record the cryptographic identifiers of your verified email address and browser installation profile in a permanent trial log.
If we detect that an account is deleted and re-created (or that multiple accounts are registered from the same browser installation ID) to claim successive trials, we reserve the right to lock the profile to a 0-day trial and disable its access.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
OMNIWARP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, BUG-FREE, OR COMPATIBLE WITH FUTURE CHROME MANIFEST AND API DEPRECATIONS.
7. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OMNIWARP AND ITS DEVELOPERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOSS OF BROWSER HISTORY, SHORTCUT CORRUPTIONS, OR DATA DISRUPTIONS) ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SOFTWARE.
