Privacy Policy

At OmniWarp, we build products centered around user privacy and data minimization. This Privacy Policy describes how your information is collected, encrypted, and handled when you use the OmniWarp Chrome Extension and website dashboard.

1. Local-First Architecture

OmniWarp operates primarily as a local-first utility. All of your custom search navigation mappings, learned shortcut rules, trigger strings, and browsing histories are saved directly in your browser's local sandbox storage using Chrome API storage modules.

We do not track, intercept, log, or store your queries or typing history. The extension processes all routing decisions client-side.

2. Data Syncing & Cloud Profiles

When you authenticate your profile to synchronize settings across multiple browser installations, the following metadata is securely stored in our encrypted database:

• User Credentials: Your verified Google OAuth email address. No passwords are created or stored.
• Configuration Settings: The trigger strings, custom mapping URLs, and API provider configurations you explicitly save.
• Usage Metrics: Aggregated statistics (total warp count and seconds saved) used to render your user metrics card. Individual query URLs are never tracked.

3. Grounded AI Routing (BYOK)

If you activate Grounded AI routing and configure your custom API credentials (Google Gemini, OpenAI, Anthropic, or Groq):

All API keys are encrypted client-side before sync transfer and sent via secure TLS pathways. Queries routed via AI models are sent directly from your local browser client to the API gateways of the designated AI model provider. Your prompt payloads do not pass through or store on OmniWarp servers.

4. Billing and Payment Processors

Subscriptions are managed and processed securely via our billing partner, **Razorpay**. We do not collect, process, or store credit card numbers, CVVs, or cardholder credentials.

Razorpay provides us with transactional confirmation webhooks containing customer email identifiers, billing tokens, and license plan status.

5. GDPR & CCPA Data Erasure

We respect your rights to digital privacy and data control. You may request total data erasure at any time directly through the extension's setting dashboard.

Executing the delete action immediately cascades and purges all of your account profiles, custom rules, sync structures, active sessions, and referral trees from our databases.
